Appellants seek review of (1) the trial courts order denying their motion to set aside a default and final judgment entered, it was alleged, as a result of the inadvertence and excusable neglect of their attorney, and (2) the trial courts later order declining to rule on their motion to set aside the default and final judgment, caused by the fraud and misrepresentation of the opposing party. We reverse as to point one and decline to address point two.
